By downloading, accessing, or using VoiceKey ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

VoiceKey measures your vocal range, recommends songs that fit your voice, and allows you to record yourself singing along to generated backing tracks. The App offers free previews and paid subscription plans with additional recording capacity.

You are solely and fully responsible for the legal use of any publishing and recording rights related to content you create, upload, or share through the App.

The backing tracks provided by VoiceKey are original, generic chord progressions and are not reproductions of any copyrighted song. However, when you sing along to a song — or reference a song title, melody, or lyrics — you may be using material protected by copyright, publishing rights, neighboring rights, or other intellectual property laws.

By recording or sharing any content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary licenses, clearances, and permissions from the relevant rights holders (authors, composers, publishers, record labels, performers, and collecting societies) before publishing or distributing your recordings.
• Your use of any third-party work complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the App to infringe the rights of any third party, including by recording, reproducing, distributing, or publicly performing protected works without authorization.

VoiceKey does not grant you any rights to the underlying compositions, lyrics, sound recordings, or other protected works. The App only provides tools for vocal practice and measurement; it does not authorize, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content you choose to sing or publish.

You agree to indemnify and hold VoiceKey harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use, publication, or distribution of content created with the App.

Recordings you create are stored locally on your device unless you choose to download or share them. VoiceKey stores metadata about your recordings and vocal tests to provide history and analytics. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings.

Paid plans ("Love" and "Passion") are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the terms presented at checkout.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VoiceKey is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or from any content you create, publish, or share.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
